Thanks to a series of unmanaged stressors and numerous insensitive people, I melted into a mashdown the other night throughout yesterday morning. Broken glasses and crashing plates while moaning over soapy, soiled dishes; pleas of I can't do this any more.

It seems I've shifted into a depression. Or maybe it's just nearly that insufferably despicable time of the month?
