When I'm depressed, my I.Q. is above average at 135.
When I'm elevated, it hits a strong genius/gifted 158.
My quotient measured 141 at childhood - a score which is actually also in the genius bracket - so I suppose that's what it is when I'm normal.
Thinking speed is a factor considered in gauging one's Intelligence Quotient, so it isn't such a wonder why my I.Q. fluctuates along with my mood shifts. Thinking is a lot slower more and obsessive when I'm depressed; on the other hand it is faster, bolder and more creative when I'm elevated.
So technically, I'm a genius only part of the time.
